Glamorgan Ladies Golf

The Glamorgan Ladies County Golf Association needed a new website to reduce the amount of paperwork that the association secretary and treasurer had to deal with. Competition entries generated the most amount of paperwork and administrative time. GDGraphics designed a system to take 90% of competition administration online. One or two members, not up with the digital age still insisted on paper based entries.

Members can either download an entry form, fill it in and post it, together with a cheque to the secretary. Or they can now fill in an entry form and pay their fee online. Competition starting times are also published online when all entries are in and finally the competition results sheet is also made available on the same competitions page.

The site needed to be clean and attractive, working across all devices from desktop screens to mobile phones and tablet devices.
