The Pendine Manor and Apartments

We were pleased to be awarded the contract to build a new website for the Pendine Manor and Apartments.

The site is designed to encourage direct bookings for its range of holiday and short break accommodation comprising a range of 7 luxurious apartments each with their own private hot tub, a manor house which sleeps 20 guests and a gatehouse for up to 4 guests.

Currently the properties are available to book on AirBnB and cottages.com, however, the owners are keen to maximise the income they receive from each booking and concluded it would be better to sell direct to customers on their own website.

We have integrated a booking system which allows the owners to still offer their properties through the main booking engines as well as on the website itself as all the booking calendars are combined, avoiding the difficult situation of double-booking. The system allows the property owner to take full payment online and handles all of the necessary email correspondence with the clients. This provides the property owner valuable time to continue improving and maintaining the high standards within the accommodation itself.
